Five years of walking\, running\, and rallying together we couldn't have done it without you.This year\, we're honored to walk alongside Amelia\, a courageous three-year-old continuing her journey with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. After multiple surgeries and a heart transplant\, Amelia continues to recover with the loving support of her parents\, Antony and Lesly.
