About

Along with the many blessings that come with growing older, also come some challenges and anxieties. Everyone of us wants to be able to age gracefully – going about our daily life and remaining in our own home.

For over 40 years, the Foundation for Senior Care has been helping seniors to do just that. Serving Fallbrook, Bonsall, Rainbow and De Luz, the Foundation is a non-profit, charitable organization committed to helping seniors, and adults with disabilities, live independently, stay safe and age with dignity. 

The Foundation for Senior Care provides senior transportation services, grocery delivery, referrals and advocacy for all types of senior issues, recovery support from hospital-to-home, senior-focused community education, and an adult day program.
