Trapane Group, LLC is a collective of experienced professionals from the environmental health and safety, risk and quality, infection control, and regulatory compliance industries.  We serve our clients in a holistic way to minimize their risks, improve their compliance and help them reach their organizational goals.  

Trapane Group, LLC was founded in 2021 by Karen “KT” Trapane (pronounced Trap-a-knee), as an homage to her father, whom she lost in March 2020.  Her father, Thomas Trapane Sr., owner of Energy Systems, Inc., a residential HVAC business, was her mentor when it came to ethics, integrity, and solid business practices. 

Ms. Trapane’s philosophy is that a solid safety and quality program can set any business up to create a culture of empowerment, improve employee retention and exceed their financial goals. She believes it is critical to learn the culture of each client organization to better serve them and set them up for future success.
