Planning for the Fourth Trimester
Part 1 of 4 postpartum series
February 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th
6:00pm - 8:00pm

This is a NEW 4-part series being taught by INNATE Postpartum Care Professional, Savannah Lamb, and hosted at Acorn Community Birth and Wellness Center!

Postpartum care is a necessity, not a luxury. This class series is for pregnant mothers and their partners near 20-35 weeks pregnant.

A 4-part class series where we come together in community to learn about postpartum wisdom that protects and supports the longevity and vitality of mothers. I will go over the 4 cross cultural pillars of postpartum care of warmth, nourishment, rest, and bodywork that all stand on community as the foundation of postpartum care. In this class series you will learn and understand why postpartum care is imperative to the healing and wellbeing of the mother, baby and whole family system. You will learn the importance of what is needed to have a deeply nourishing postpartum experience and support to create a postpartum plan that meets the unique needs of your family. After everyone in the group has had their baby, we will have a final and 5th gathering to come together to share and celebrate the specialness of this rite of passage!

Join us on Wednesday evenings in February, 6:00pm - 8:00pm (Dinner is included!)

Cost: $297, covers mother and partner for ALL 4 February classes (sliding scale options are available)

Teacher Bio: My name is Savannah Lamb, I am a mother to two and an Innate Certified Postpartum Care Provider. I support mothers and families throughout San Diego during their immediate postpartum time and beyond. I truly do believe that having a well supported and nourished postpartum time can can change the trajectory of the whole mothering experience going from just surviving to stepping on the path of thriving. With the knowledge that the baby and the whole family system relies on the health of the mother, I focus on centering the mothers health and wellbeing, creating a cushion of support for her to lean on and heal fully. I desire for all mothers to know that they can come out of their immediate postpartum time feeling revitalized and whole within themselves. For me, participating in the relationship of giving and receiving right postpartum care feels like we are weaving golden threads of healing into the world.
