Hope Clinic for Women (HCW), located in beautiful Fallbrook, California, is seeking a passionate and visionary Executive Director to lead our licensed Christian, pro-life nonprofit women’s primary care medical clinic and pregnancy resource center. For over 25 years, HCW has provided free, safe, confidential, and compassionate medical care that promotes sexual health and whole-person well-being. Since 2001, we have walked alongside women and families by offering pregnancy resources, education, and referrals—empowering young moms throughout pregnancy and up to two years after the birth of their child. About the Role

The Executive Director provides spiritual and strategic leadership to staff, volunteers, and supporters while advancing the mission and vision of HCW. This individual works closely with the Board of Directors to guide long- and short-term organizational goals and represents HCW throughout the community to expand client outreach, volunteer engagement, and financial support. The role is actively engaged in fundraising and development, including donor cultivation, grant research and writing, and community partnerships.
