Hope Clinic for Women (HCW), located in beautiful Fallbrook, California, is seeking a passionate and visionary Executive Director to lead our licensed Christian, nonprofit women’s primary care medical clinic and pregnancy resource center. The Executive Director provides spiritual and strategic leadership to staff, volunteers, and supporters while advancing the mission and vision of HCW. This individual works closely with the Board of Directors to guide long, and short-term organizational goals and represents HCW throughout the community to expand client outreach, volunteer engagement, and financial support. The role is actively engaged in fundraising and development, including donor cultivation, grant research and writing, and community partnerships. We are seeking a faith-driven, relational leader who is energized by both ministry and management. The ideal candidate will bring:

• A college degree or equivalent experience in administration, nonprofit leadership, or management
• Experience in fundraising development and nonprofit operations
• Strong writing, research, and reporting skills
• Grant writing experience (preferred)
• Comfort with social media engagement and basic website oversight
• A heart for serving women and families in a Christ-centered environment
