Jim's Sign Shop is looking for a part-time Shop Laborer to help us tackle our summer workload.

This is a hands-on position helping with sanding, painting, shop cleanup, material prep, and other tasks that keep our custom sign projects moving through production.

✔ 16–40 hours per week

✔ Flexible schedule based on workload

✔ Paid every Friday

✔ $18/HR

✔ Temporary summer position with potential for long-term employment for the right person

We're looking for someone who is dependable, can work with minimal supervision, has basic familiarity with shop tools, and enjoys making things with their hands.

Local applicants only. We are specifically looking for candidates who live in Fallbrook, Bonsall, or Rainbow.

Bonus points if you have woodworking, fabrication, artistic, or graphic design experience.
